A new manager was recently spotted hiding away in are factory with his phone in his hand in an unlit room video-ing 2 lads talking.( they were on there 2 seperate machines) Is this legal ? He claims he was ther over 20 mins and the 2 will be disciplined. Is this all above board.

I don't see why not, if he was looking for evidence of them doing something wrong, and needed to see it for himself.
