Phone Contract

My phone is playing up and I want to upgrade, my contract ends in May but I can upgrade in March, do you think if I went into phone shop - they will buy me out of the contract? Thanks everyone

If your mobile telephone is faulty insist on it being repaired, you have a mass of legislation to support you, your basic right is contained in the Sale of goods act 1979, with up to 6 years to take action. If you go to a mobile phone shop one way or another you will probably end up paying.
