The reason I asked someone came on a local bus with ot chicken wings and proceeded to devour them on the bus. On leaving she left chicken bones on bus seat.
You may have guessed the person was big boned, and as they walked of bus their backside hit every passenger sat either side of the bus aisle.
no, eating food on buses shouldnt be allowed, people tend to leave their litter behind after them, the smell is awful and the sound of chewing and gulping would leave most people climbing the walls.
At least take their rubbish with them instead of leaving it for somebody else to move-so that they can then sit down.
Don't think it is a good idea eating on public transport though cos folk will POSSIBLY drop some food therefore it would have to be cleaned up etc,or could even cause someone to slip on it.
These people just dont THINK at all do they.
as my oh says you can take people out of slums but you cannot take the slum out of people .im a large lady but wouldnot dream of leaving my rubbish anywhere but a bin .i wouldnt eat on public transport anyway dont judge all big people on those pigs on the bus
That is really scummy. Our local bus has a notice up asking people not to eat hot food on the bus.
Alocal taxi driver last year told me once he had a lady passenger who changed her baby on the back seat of the taxi and if that wasnt bad enough, she left the dirty nappy on the parcel shelf at the back of the cab! Some people are really disgusting!
There are notices on our buses about not eating but some people don't take any notice. Usually they leave crumbs on seats then someone else has to remove it or worse still if they haven't noticed, they end up sitting in it. Not good.
