What Kind Of Things Would I Fail A Tenant Check On?

Me And my partner and daughter are living in privately rented accommodation that is riddled with mold and damp. I'm currently on antihistamines as am having an allergic reaction to black mold. Council won't help as I work part time but earn a very good hourly rate and my partner is self employed again earning a very very good wage.
We have paid 200 for the checks on a lovely house we've seen but I'm concerned we will fail. We have got the bond and rent ready to pay and will get good refs from employers and won't fail any fraud checks and my landlord is going to give a good ref (been renting for almost 10 years never missed a payment or had probs with a tenancy) and we have no iva or bankruptcy.
We have adverse credit from a long time ago but over the last few years have had loans and paid in full and are up to date on everything we pay out at the mo, even paying more than we need to on some things. We've had a car on finance recently putting down 1k deposit and I also got accepted got a credit card which I've paid 11 x the minimum payment on in my first month of using it so our credit can't be that bad.
What concerns me is we have a ccj from a couple of years back it was only for about 150 and has been paid on full. I was honest with the agent and told them it was the council who overpaid me benefit some years back then took me to court as they wanted it back in one go and I had asked for instalments. They had to let me pay in instalments anyway! I think our income to rent ratio is fine but I'm still scared stiff we will get declined and we simply can't stay in this house.
Anyone been declined or accepted with less than perfect credit?

The CCJ is one that only the public sector would get, any private outfit would rather accept your offer of installments, only the public sector has intransigent jobsworths who'd take you to court for £150 when you have offered to pay in stages. Enjoy your new home you and yours deserve it.
