Finding The Name Of Someone At An Address

i purchased a puppy in december -i have been waiting for the kennel club papers -however the breeder has not sent them to me- i did not get her full name, i have got her address, i now want to write to her - she is not answering my calls -i know this was stupid of me but can anyone help

The only thing I can think of is the Electoral Register, but peiople are no longer obliged to let their names be published on it. Local Library should have the lists, and the local council offices will also have them. If you suspect fraud, ask the police for help. They may know this person, if it is fraud and has been committed before.

Just put her first name on the envelope and she will get it if the address is correct. I feel that you will not get a reply though.

hi thanks i have contacted the kennel club and they did confirm she did start the registration process but has not returned a form to them - i gave them the address but did not admit i didnot know her name! but this was over five weeks ago so i think she maybe stalling -thats why i want to speed things up

or google the address and see what comes up

Send a letter (keep a copy) by recorded delivery.
If you end up needing to go to the small claims court as least you will have proof you tried to contact her.
Keep a log of when you have phoned/left messages
