Need A Bit Of Help
My sister bought my mum a Debenhams voucher for about £30 for xmas. She bought it online with her CREDIT card and got it sent straight to my mums address. It never arrived.
She obviously has proof of purchase but no proof that it was delivered.
Does my sister have any rights to claim back the money...or get it re-sent ?
Many thanks

First port of call is Debenhams Customer Service. Your sister will have to deal with it as she is the one who made the contract with the company.
She will have all the details in the emails; if not it will show on her online shopping account.
Debenhams will be able to void the original card and send out a new one. Or your sister can insist on a refund if she prefers.

Your statutory right to seek redress from the credit card company only kicks in for purchases above £100. However some card issuers voluntarily provide support when the purchase is for a smaller amount, so it might be worth contacting them anyway.
Otherwise it's the responsibility of a vendor to ensure that a purchase arrives properly, so you'll need to hassle Debenhams.
