How To Find An Employment Tribunal Decision?
11 Answers
I know only EAT decisions are routinely published, but the decisions of the lower tribunals must be in the public domain somewhere - how would I find one?
I know the date the hearing started and where it was heard. Thanks for any help.

They have copies of all decisions and will be able to tell you if you can have a copy of what you want and what you need to do to get them.

Don't know why the TUC would have the decisions. Decisions of the ET used to be published to the web for 1 month only after the decision has been relayed to the parties. It can de difficult to know when a decision is reached and communicated though. If you have the ET number try searching with the parties names and the case number.
