So LA won't give evidence under oath to USADA?

Says it all really. His continued protestation that he was clean in the comeback looks less and less credible, which everyone knew.
Furthermore he'd probably have to implicate someone at the UCI too as he maintains they asked him for money.

I reckon he'll have to give evidence under oath in a federal court though because there are a lot of people who want their money back.

If he doesn't co-operate soon he could be looking at getting a stripey suntan!
