What Other Benefits Am I Entitled To?

I have been awarded income related ESA, my local council told me that I get full council tax benefit for which I am profoundly grateful but I am having trouble finding out what else I might be entitled to. Things like dental treatment (I haven't visited a dentist for 4 years as I could not afford to.) and glasses. I am a diabetic so my prescriptions are free. Anyone know?? Thanks

You get free dental treatment and glasses , hospital fares refunded. If you rent your house you get full housing benefit.
