the religious and legal sides of marriage have been separated from 1752
nullity is now a minor part of things since divorce is so easy.
I accessed a good site but then found it was Oz - durrr !
then I found an Irish site and that had separation of powers as well.
then I went to bed
but I think she may still be married [in law]
the good news is that once this is over she can have a nice new marriage in a RC church !
