Uk Border Agency
I have seen these posters put up in some parts of the capital, about UKBA and immigration. There is a website of network23.org/anti raids listed on these posters. They list all the things the UKBA cannot do, so if stopped in the street you don't have to give your name, don't have to provide ID, Passport, and can walk away without providing details, does anyone know if that's true. I have witnessed police and possibly immigration officers questioning some individuals, one incident was in a shop recently and another in a market. Are they are clamping down on possible illegal immigration, if so how can they do this if they have no rights in law. I am curious as to how this works.

I looked up the organisation who have put these posters up out of curiosity, but have no clue who they are. If a person can be stopped and searched by the police, then these posters would be inaccurate..
