I had a builder do some work for me. He hired a skip but didn't pay for it. Now the skip company refuse to move it until someone pays. I gave him money for the skip as part of the building costs so I shouldn't have to pay but its still here.
Its in the back roadway and not in the way. How can I get it moved please?
....and he kept calling me "myszko" Little mouse. Grrrr...

Guess Ill just have to wait and see what happens.
The skip company are stupid to provide a skip without payment. Whenever I hire a skip the company insists on payment on delivery, or else they won't leave it.
do nothing. the skip company won't leave it indefinately - it's losing them money while they can't hire it out.
yes they wont leave it indefinitely.

you didn't hire it - the contract they have is with the builder, not you, and its up to them to chase him.
It's the skip Company's problem, Ania.
Unless a builder has an account, skips are always paid for on delivery for this very reason.

They'll take it. Then they can chase him for payment.

Sound advice. Ill do nothing. How Zen.
If they dealt with the builder when hiring the skip, then that is not your responsibly. They should have checked his details when delivering skip. You should tell them to deal with it, as not your problem. If its not obstructing anything or any ones access, I would leave it for the skip company to sort out, they will need to take it eventually. Don't worry yourself over this xx
