I have recently been charged with this offence and I'm due in court soon I have admitted the charge in a interview and I'm
Going to plead guilty I have a good steady job with a well respected company I have never been in trouble ever before and have a clean record also my gf had had my bail conditions removed so we can live together again and move on with our lives also I have asked to be placed on a anger management course and was wondering if anyone had any other advice for me also if anyone knew what my sentence is likely to be

Section 39 has a MAXIMUM sentence of 6 months prison .There is a reduction of 1/3rd for an early guilty plea so the very most you could get would be 6 months reduced by 1/3rd to 4 months.
The maximum sentence is rare, most cases are not sent to jail but get short community service orders. We need more detail of what happened to give a better answer.
By the way even if you did get the 4 months you would get released after 2 months , and in practice it would be less even than that as you would probably be released ''on tag'' after a month inside.

Basically I had a arguement with my gf and caused her a few injuries like grab marks and so on am I likely to not be sent to prison thou as I will plead guilty I'm with my gf again and we are making a fresh start also I have never been in trouble and I have asked for a anger management course to be set up for me

It is very very unlikely that you will go to prison.

Given your gf has taken you back etc...no previous ...you may just receive Slappy fingers and admonished....make sure it is brought up that gf asked for restrictions to be removed and that you intend going to anger management...learn from this...good luck..let us know how you get on..
