thanks everyone.
this is a large film company so the construction manager is a manager of building sets etc rather than buildings etc - nobody involved really has much to with proper building regs, which is why they just trusted the word of whoever gave them permission to film there.
is there anywhere that would have a record of the report that was done recently after the find - without having to ask my bosses etc for it?
is it public info? held at the HSA or something?
or does it need to be a report directly from the company?
obviously i'd rather not have to start rocking the boat
