Yes, compensation for what? If this is in relation to your previous post, only a solicitor can really advise you.
You *might* be awarded compensation by a criminal court for assault, but this is unlikely to be much. If you went down the civil route, there is LOTS more information required (type of injury, duration of injury, prognosis, loss of earnings, impact on the job market etc) and far more than could be dealt with on here.
You can try googling for a no win no fee type organisation, but I would suggest your best bet is to look locally and see if a solicitor would give you a steer in the right direction.
HAHA EARNINGS ARE NOT UNPROVEN AND HOMELESSNESS WAS DUE TO THE ASSUALT AND ALSO EMOTIONAL INJURIES FAR OUT RUN THE TIME TAKEN FOR SWELLING TO HEEL! IM BEING DELT WITH NOW SO MANY THANKS FOR THE ANSWERS
have you beem to your local housing department to seek help for homelessness and to report you were illegally evicted? in england, a housing authority would be interested in helping to prosecute any landlord who evicted someone in this way. any more details on how/why you were evicted and what type of tenancy you had? and what about all your stuff etc? more info would help.
