If you call someone a fraud, say, they can sue you (for defamation, I guess)
However if you call them a big,fat, stinking,smelly,lying fraud they can't touch you.
The latter comes under the legal term 'Vulgar Abuse' and allows you to say anything you like with impunity. So my free legal advice is if you want to say something nasty let fly with both barrels.
I gleaned this info from a law programme on R4 yesterday.
