I had not quite left (3 days to go) when my employer went into insolvency.

Does this qualify as being made redundant? I know that there is no pay/holiday owing etc etc as that was all paid to me. But I feel that I may have been made effectively redundant. I have filled in the forms at the insolvency service requesting redundancy pay that were sent to me by my ex employer - and have been completely truthful on the forms but am worried that they will think I am trying to defraud them.

Any idea what the rules are?
