How Old Does Some Have To Be To Have A Paid Job?
I have a friend who's 13yr old daughter wants a job but I heard some saturday jobs you have to be 16.
Other than a paper round I thought sweeper upper in a hair dressers or table clearer in a cafe.
Any ideas on suitable jobs?

During term time children can only work a maximum of 12 hours a week. This includes:
a maximum of 2 hours on school days and Sundays
a maximum of 5 hours on Saturdays for 13 to 14-year-olds, or 8 hours for 15 to 16-year-olds

During school holidays 13 to 14-year-olds are only allowed to work a maximum of 25 hours a week. This includes:

According to my daughter's school, where they did work experience at that age, there is actually very little they are not allowed to do. They are not allowed to work in medical or care situations, selling cigarettes and alcohol or on building sites. Pet shops, garden centres, filing in offices, hairdressers, preschool helper, school helper- those are some my daughter and her friends did.
