If you intend to live in a hut , wheels or not on your land you need planning permission for residential use . This will be almost impossible to get, if it is granted you can put any type of dwelling there house, hut, mobile home. Land with residential planning permission is worth around 10x the value of the land without planning permission.
You may be able to get agricultural planning permission for a hut or other building to be used to store feed or house animals, but you will not be able to live in it. An occasional overnight stay could be permitted if it is necessary to look after animals for example. But permission for change of use from agricultural to residential use will be very hard to get.
