Article Writing, How Are The Processes?

I have a website and I have asked some of my friends (many of them) to write articles for me, so I have something to put on my website.
I'm just wondering if there are any prohibitions or rules about the process.

1. Is it okay to have someone (ordinary persons) to write article for my website, I will just pay them?

2. Can anyone be an article writer for someone, even if they are just an ordinary person, or is being a writer needs to have some licenses or permit to secure in order to do so?

3. Can I put their names (on my website) under each article that belongs to them, or no need, since I already paid them?

4. How much is the usual pay per page?

5. Can I make a deal with them (like a written agreement) that they should write on their own wordings and should not "copy contents" from anywhere? If so, how do I say so, how to make a written agreement, what do I need to say there, the wordings?

6. Is the written agreement can be made between me and them, no need for any legal persons consent or notaries, or whatsoever?

5 I think you need to do that, particularly if you are asking them to copyright their articles. If they are plagiarising from other people's work, that's criminal.

Sorry, didn't noticed question number 4. The payment depends on the number of words, can be as cheap as $4 and can be as expensive as $20 depending on experience and the quality.
