I would want to understand all types, kinds of copyrights, etc, ie: What are these things I've heard, Private Label Right, and many more that can be purchased and used and post on all of my own websites, and I can also re-sell it to others, can put my name on it, as if Im the author, and many more..

Where can I find completed tutorials/information about all the type of "RIGHTS" that exists, especially the ones that is free of or no copyrights, and so on..

You can't pretend you're the author of something you didn't write or create - at best, that's plagiarism, at worst, it's theft.

Very simple. You write it, draw it or design it - the copyright is yours and you can sell it or licence its use. ( Unless you did so as part of your employment - different rules apply then.) You didn't create it - you can't use it in any way whatsoever without agreement and/or payment.
If you want further details, visit a Public Library and borrow a book on intellectual property rights. These vary from country to country, and there are International Conventions which may also apply.
