Need advise here please. Final Divorce court order asked ex to buy me out of 2nd property. Ex has not complied by part of the money and leaving a short fall in excess of 7K.
Ex has a huge pension pot from work. Can I apply to the court to recover the shorfall from his pension pot after since the Decree Absolute has been issued?
If so what court forms shall I use?
