Does anyone have the url for the at risk register for scotland? also, i would like to be able to look back in date on it, will this also be possible, i would like to be able to search the register for a name, for example John Doe, and to find out when this person was/is on the register, what for and for how long.

Even the class teacher of such a child, who is responsible for ensuring their welfare, is often unaware that their name is on the register. Such records would normally be securely destroyed once the child reached adulthood.
