Hi, Jah and welcome to AB....is this a single shared drive for access rather than somewhere to be used for parking?

If it is a 'shared' drive then they DO own it. Have you spoken to then?
Does it stop you getting in and out? If so, you need to speak to them.
Hi, Jah and welcome to AB....is this a single shared drive for access rather than somewhere to be used for parking?
So what problems is it causing to you?
Hi again, Jah and thank you....keep posting on this thread and you will get information to help you...x
It should say in the deeds whether they can park on it or if it for access only. I saw something on TV about a similar situation years ago. One neighbour would park all over the drive leaving the other with little space. He felt he was entitled to do so as he had a share in the whole drive, not half each with an imaginary line down the middle.
Have you tried talking to them? Perhaps they don't know they're doing anything wrong. Check the deeds, anyway.
If you have a garage at the end of the drive it is likely that you cannot park on it.

Look on your deeds and his to see whether you own to the middle and have a row over the other half and what it says about access and parking.
