There are no "fines" for receiving a yellow or red card. Not from the national association anyway. Whether individual clubs fine them would be up to them, though if it isn't in their contract that they have the right to do so then they would be on dodgy legal ground to do so. There certainly isn't a standard answer to the question anyway.
