Hello, I left me husband a year ago and filed for divorce due to domestic violence. My solicitor put my name on the deeds to protect any investment but I was never on the mortgage. I have now heard the house is being repossessed, am I liable for anything? Thanks so much x

If there is any cash after the house is sold and the debts paid then you entiteled to a share. But if there is not enough to cover the debts then you can be held liable.
Do you get your share before the mortgage is paid off ?
