In any or all countries of the UK, is it illegal for party A to accept money from party B in exchange for sex with party B if party B is above the legal age of consent but below the age of majority?

(Obviously it is illegal for party A to give money to party B in exchange for sex with party B)

There's a bill afoot in NI which would make it illegal for someone to pay for sex whatever age they were.
I can't see how they'd police this.

It is only illegal for an adult to have sex with a 16-18 year old if the adult is in a position of trust such as a teacher.

It is not illegal for a prostitute to accept money for sex from a 16 - 18 year old

prostitution itself ( paying money for sex ) in not unlawful
just about everything else is - soliciting, running a brothel, pimping, involving a third party, etc

what is the bit about the age of majority ?

any contract for prostitution is void from policy issues
