Does anyone know if it's true that 'a party is entitled to have copy of any application/order on file'. I've been told so but I've not been able to verify it.
Any guidance please ?

Hi Notnut nut I have been posting on your other thread. No further advice on the civil case I'm afraid. I think my last comment on this land case - was: I really dont know what you do now....

Hello Peter, thanks for that. I'm still on the civil case,I've been on it solid for two weeks to keep RCJ happy, you would not believe strange events that have popped up 'till now.My can has many worms in I fancy.Materiel should hit the fan next I think and I should a much better idea if the court agrees with me.I'll check the other thread.I haven't seen barmaids name on here lately,is she still about.
