You won't be able to get an exact time. Magistrates' Court hearings are usually
all listed for 10am (although most courts don't actually sit until 10.30am anyway) but with some being marked, for example, 'not before 2.30pm'. That's because each courtroom can often deal with up to 50 cases (or sometimes even more) per day and a minor hold-up in one case can throw everything else into chaos. (In the days when Magistrates' Courts dealt with pub licenses, a publican friend of mine arrived at 10am for a routine licence extension application, lasting less than two minutes. He didn't get into court until 7.30pm).
If you phone the court they'll be able to tell you whether there's a 'not before' marker on the case list but that's about as much information as you can get. You can find the phone number here:
