Both charges were separate.

He was found guilty on one charge of criminal damage and one charge of indecent exposure.

indecent exposure seems to be " fine to one year "

criminal damage - depends on extent I think.

One of my neighbours said he had been charged with cr dge.
and I asked what of and he said three flowerpots....

but he had had previous ( kidnapping ) and got probation I think.

I dont know - I am gonna go for 'fine'
