my brother in laws child 14 yr old boy has been living with his mother for 3 yrs 4 nights with her 3 nights with him. suddendly left home phoned his dad to pick him up. Colin picked him up and hes been here for 4 weeks . refus o to her , after being very distrught.. ive changed his doctor, im the one school contactsnow ive applied for family allowance, tax credits extra pay , shes now saying after being told i was claiming it she now said she coming around a 5 tonight to take him hes adiment hes not going any help grat accepted

At 14 he can decide for himself. The police won't make him go back if he's in a safe environment.
