At last a Judge (a former Lord Chief Justice) has said exactly. What I and a lot of other think. The ECHR is run by a load of unelected judges, some from countries with dodgy human rights themselves, imposing their will on other people.

YEs, and the Tories have vowed to abolish the HRA forced on us by New Labour.

so the PM - chubby ex Bullingdon member - is gonna replace the Human Rights Act with ter daaaa a new Bill of Rights which will have er less rights in it, for you and me and more rights for the govt ( usually to keep quiet )

Nobody is taking away your human rights, they are using the same structure but implementing it by our judges. Some of these judges in the so called ECHR are not even qualified. Our Judges should have the last word on our issues.
