Downloading Photo From Internet

I've downloaded a photo from the Internet - how can I get rid of the blue border and the 'handle' from the top?

hit print screen, open up "paint" then paste and trim it.

If you've downloaded it as a file, then the border and handle must be part of the photo.

If you've done a screen capture, then that is where theborder etc. has come from.

Word of advice - assume copyright exists on all images on the internet - whether is has the (c) symbol on it or not.
