Currently dealing with a problem neighbour. The problem neighbour has broke is bail conditions and restraining order a number of times.
He's due to be seen soon by a judge who'll decide whether to evict him.
So far he's
Been found guilty of two crimes against me.
Broken his bail condition four times.
Been arrested just before his court date
Sent his friends to my door to intimidate me
What are the odds that he'll be evicted?

You have to think, if he is evicted will it stop his offending or make it worse?
He may be jailed rather than evicted. If he is evicted where will he go? it could just pass the problem on to someone else . Is it just you he has a problem with or neighbours in general?

If it is a different neighbour - I would move
It depends on the terms of the lease
If it is a more modern lease which spells out that he will be evicted for bad behaviour then there is a chance
if it is the usual kind of lease - not likely see my previous answer
