Hi, 12 months ago I was looking into property investment. Due to various things I am no longer entering into the property market, however at the time I paid an investment company £3000 for 2 'deals' in advance. I have since had a refund on one of these deals but the company are now saying that they will not refund the second of these deal fees (£1500 approx) and that I must use it as an on account deal. I am no longer in a position to do this and really need the money back. Can anyone tell me what the law on this is? Thanks in advance
