What Is Forbidden Advertising

Based on another post, I am confused as to what constitutes advertising on Ab.

For example we get thousands of links to Daily Mail from one of the most prolific poster - isn't that advertising this disgusting newspaper ?

It's advertising your own product or something for your own benefit. Telling other users that Tesco have a great offer on its not considered advertising.
