this programme is absolutely brilliant. nick knowles heads a great team ALL the building team are treasures. the volunteers are priceless the way they give up their time and expertise for free and the difference they make to the "victims".
on another thread why is there a need for shows like "cowboy builders" there must be a way of regulating these criminals out of existence, if anybody has any ideas how to do this, please let us all know. most builders are the salt of the earth and don't deserve these shysters.

As regards regulating cowboy builders out of existence...it just isn't possible.
But householders *do* need to be more pro-active when choosing whom to give their hard-earned cash to.

I only wanted a single storey extension but they built me a paddock and some stables
