I dont think the County Courts publish their lists online so they are publicly available. If you knew the parties and the case number no reason why you couldnt phone the Court and ask. But that will only tell you the parties and not the witnesses.

If they dont turn up a number of things may happen, but most likely the fact that the case will be heard in their absence.
