this is an English site.

but this has a bit on it

http://www.leagle.com/decision/19901832749FSupp1083_11656/BRAUN%20v.%20SOLDIER%20OF%20FORTUNE%20MAGAZINE

and the issues after looking at it for 2 mins
are: responsibility for advertising a dangerous product
and distinguish a product which is OK but cd bee used in a dangerous way

effect of the doctrine of freedom of speech - but freedom of speech cannot be used to advertise something illegal

and punitive damages - which is differnt to English Law where Rookes v Barnard 1964 said you cd have normal dges, exemplary dges but not punitive

well that should keep you off the streets for a few hours and good luck
