Hi there... my step daughter aged 18 has left full college full time and started an apprenticeship where she is getting paid.. We believe she may attend college for 1 day only... does Child Maintenance still have to be paid... We are led to believe if its a paid apprenticeship, ad working for more tha 12 hours then Maintenance should now stop... Many thanks

she is no longer a child or in FTE is earning so maintenance is no longer appropriate

oh's son had to be paid up to 19 because he was in FTE.....CSA rules...

Yes court order stated payment should stop if full time education stops.. just wasn't sure how the apprenticeship was taken into account... thanks again x
