This poor man has been fined £40,000, had £23,000 worth of damage to his trucks contents, so he has decided to take a bat to any future potential stowaways.
So now he has been reported by anti-racist group HejtStop
/// He is now under investigation by Polish prosecutors for inciting hatred and racism after being reported by anti-racist group HejtStop (Stop Hatred). ///
/// Joanna Grabarczyk, who is campaign coordinator for HejtStop, said: 'No matter what happens, nothing justifies anyone to incite or commit a crime especially in such a delicate matter as refugees. ///
Yes a very delicate matter these refugees/economic migrants/criminals.

I aslo completely understand his action in posting his pictures and messages as he did on social media.
My personal view is that the notion that he inciting hatred and racism is an extreme reaction, although I would never condone violence.
Hopefully he will receive advice that, although understandable, his actions were unwise, and he must not be seen to be advocating taking the law into his own hands.
After that, the issue should be laid to rest - any sanction or prosecution would be completely unjustified and send out a wrong message regarding people's right to express their anger at the fallout from the migrant crisis.

He might be the world's strongest man but probably not the world's brightest: presumably he objects understandably to stowaway refugees getting him into trouble. But loud mouthing threats of violence, even if it's only for the tabloids, is probably going ... to get him in trouble
So a bit of a fail on that score :-)

a fair post, but I didn't expect you to support him taking the law into his own hands although at the moment there is no evidence that he has.
but wouldn't even you be a tad *** off at having to pay a £40,000 fine for allowing some criminals to stowaway in your vehicle.
How often do we here "I'll *** murder them if I catch them anywhere near my vehicle again?

Indeed not - which is why he should not face any legal sanction for his actions so far.

Absolutely! I'd be utterly enraged if it were me!

Plenty of times, with full justification, but that's not quite the same as finding a baseball bat, posing with it, and then posting a threatening message with the photo on social media.
As we agree, I entirely sympathise with the gentleman's aggrieved feelings, but shouting on social media with dodgy pictures is perhaps on the best way of expressing them.

Many things are used in advertising which one must not take too seriously.
What better 'advert' than those pictures etc to get his message across, it would scare me to go anywhere near him or his vehicle, so lets hope the same thing works with these criminals.

First of all, given the levels of determination to excape their situation that drives the immigrants, I doubt for one moment that they will feel at all put off by physical threats.
Second of all, does it really help your position that the immigrants are acting illegally, if you offer support to someone whose actions are also illegal?

If one happened to commit an illegal act against you or your own, and there was no law around to prevent them from doing so, would you shy away from committing a unlawful act against them, if it saved you and your own?

If we were talking about employees of mine, or the effect on my business, I would *** to anyone who would listen, and get it out of my system.
If it we were talking about someone I loved, I would do whatever I thought necessary to protect them, and make things right. And I would never tell a single soul what I had done.
But the common thread in both instances is this - whether I am telling everyone in my social circle, or not telling a living soul - I would not state my intentions, complete with Technicolor pictures of me looking threatening, on social media that goes around the world in a microsecond!
I would consider that looking for trouble.

once the level of force used against them is severe and high enough theyll think twice...and if they choose to fight against it, fine, theyll last days if that...then the problem will be solved and it will be entirely of their own doing as much as people will try and blame everybody else but them...they've come and landed illegally, sooner or later they are going to pay the price if they force our hand.
If it wasnt for all the hand wringing do-gooders we wouldnt even be in this situation now...

Meeting illegal immigration with illegal violence is not really a solution that is going to work - is it?

read exactly what I wrote...in the end it will and who said anything about illegal violence, specifically...they should use the military to sort this out, our security is at risk and the job of the military is to protect queen/king and country one way or another......

I did read exactly what you wrote - by all means qualify your use of violence as being directed by the military - but if you didn't say that in your original post, then the ambiguity which led to my assumption of illegal violence, is your responsibility, not mine.
