I am a council tenant downstairs and my upstair neighbour owns
her house , we share a path so i can access my back door..
The neighbour constantly moves my bin from my front door and leaves it round the back path... What rights do i have ? She has just moved in last year and i have been here from 1983 Without a problem with any neighbours this was my parents house... Please help !!
I mean temporarily, of course. It presumably has to be at the front for the day the bin men have to empty it. Then put it back and stuff it with heavy stuff to discourage the neighbour
Sorry, I now have this image of a lady stuck head first in a wheelie bin once a fortnight trying the get a pile of bricks out - forgive me if you are serious but.............
Isn't it easier to have a chat and get along with your neighbours?
We had similar prob to your neighbour. The flat door on the landing opposite our door always had a dirty mop outside it.... the first thing we saw when we opened our door. I don't think I'd like your habit either. Keep friends with your neighbours at all costs, change can be good, go with it.
