The Paypal Catch 22

i have just been told i was refunded money from an ebay seller through paypal about 3 weeks ago. problem is ebay wont recognise me, everytime i try to sign in they say they will need to check my id!!

It could be a scam. If the email is from PayPal and genuine it will have your full name on it otherwise it is a scam.

i've been through the so called authentic website, made no difference, will have to give em a call when i go to the uk in june.

If you are abroad, are you sure you are logging in to PayPal UK (or wherever you live)?

You can call PayPal from anywhere in the world, you don't have to wait till you come to the UK.

my concern eddie is the endless waiting on the line, this wont be a problem in the uk, cuz theres a freephone number
