I suppose the implication is that they adjust the quantity of electrolytes to achieve a perfect taste. (NB: I'm not saying that I actually believe any of that hype!).
Those electrolytes are calcium chloride (which will make the water taste 'harder', whereas many Brits happily pay to get their tap water 'softened'), magnesium chloride (for no obvious reason) and potassium bicarbonate (which is usually an acidity regulator when added to foods but would seem to do little here other than possibly to make it very slightly 'salty').
