Theft
One of my colleagues has been stealing money from my work (it's a shop).
I phoned my manager this afternoon to tell him about her, but he's not back in work until Monday and told me he'll deal with it then.
I have to work with this girl again tomorrow.
She doesn't know that I saw her stealing but it's on the cameras.
Should this girl not be suspended straightaway?
What should I do?
