Question Regardinng Insurance

Our caravan insurance is due but. last year it was £102.00 for year based on caravan being £8000. Now they want £150.00 for £15000 they say if our caravan went on fire they would need to pay £15000 to replace but our van is only worth £4000 So whats our position

You don't say who you're with but my car insurance Co, Saga wanted an extra £90 to renew my car insurance.

I got a quote exactly the same for the same amount Saga charged me last year. It was from Direct Line.

Don't be loyal or "can't be bothered." Shop around on-line.

What they are saying is not what your van is worth but how much you would have to buy another.

Anyway as has been said.... shop around.

My car insurer, for 2015-2016 wanted £200 more that the previous year, even when I had 1 extra years NCB !

I shopped around, found esure, and got my car insurance for £400, instead of nearly £600 !

By the way, your present insurer needs to answer the following question....why is the caravan suddenly worth £7000 more this than it did last year ?

But whatever they say....kick them in touch !

Blimey Mikey, what do you drive? the three of us here all drive largish performance cars, all under 3 years old, no-one pays over £300 for Fully Comp.

fudgefudge, the company musty be offering 'new for old' replacement cover.
Just get a quote to cover what it's worth £4000.
