two lodgers wish to share a room in my house and have offered me
£60 a week each.this is for a twin room and is inclusive of electric, water council tax but not food.
I would receive £6.240.00 a year. do I have to pay tax on this?

No. It's below the threshold of the Rent a Room Scheme:
https://www.gov.uk/rent-room-in-your-home/the-rent-a-room-scheme
Doesn't it depend on how much income you have from elsewhere?
No, it doesn't, cassa
Depending on how many of you already live there it may affect your council tax.
blimey go for it - £480 / m for one room
you are under the limit for rent a room

if you are alone at present ... all alone - then you will have a 25% reduction in CT and you will obviously lose that once someone else moves in
too cheap..here in Edinburgh would not get this for less than double that !!!
