Can I Get Paid During A Refurb?

Hi, the catering business I work in has closed for 4 weeks for a major refurb. This is a well known brand where I have worked f/t since 2003. We are told to use up holiday accruel & work in other units. They do not have the hours to provide me with my règular hours. WORRIED. Do corporate have a dusty to employees?

^ From Buenchicos link ^ you should get full pay for the 4 weeks unless your contract allows reduced pay. It is up to the company to find you work in their other units if there is any work available, it's not down to you to try to find it yourself. They are trying it on !
