Date of separation is 25th December. Valuing bank accounts, stocks, Life Assurance etc to decide Matrimonial Property for split. 25th Dec obviously a holiday. What date do I use instead? 23rd Dec as previous working day? Thanks

Things still have a value on a holiday don't they?
it is characteristic of AB
that some answers are short ..... but not very useful

vouching appears to be scots law

http://www.gibsonkerr.co.uk/divorce-separation/financial-provision-on-divorce/

any date agreed - so here it will be Dec 24 or 27
so if one party doesnt like 24 say fine it is 27 then

there shouldnt be much difference
but that doesnt mean parties cant squabble about it
