I'm being summoned by the pps for complaints my wife made last year . The complaints are 2 accounts of common assault and one account of criminal damage and one account for threats to kill. I have never laid a hand on my wife there was no witnesses when she alleged the assaults and threats took place absolutely more importantly she had zero injurys. The criminal damage was a shoe shelf that I owned. And threats to kill was just an outright lie . What should I do , preffer solicitor advice at this point . Only evidence in the cases is a picture of a broken shoe shelf and her statement

Do you mean the CPS?

If this goes to court it is a "She said, he said" case. Unless you are confident enough to handle a trial yourself you really need a solicitor. Have you enquired whether you may be eligible for Legal Aid?
